The Zen Lakes
This meditation will walk you up a path full of running water to your side, as you reach the brow of the hill you will see down below a vast lake with a small island
in the centre.
From where you are you will make your way down hill to the lake side where you will take a small rowing boat at the end of the jetty which will take you to your tranquil island house made of bamboo.
This is where i give you your bamboo house on this island where only you can go and sit on the veranda looking over the lake where you will be taken to a higher state of meditation.
Along the way you will be given the chance to meet other parts of the mainland and meet other people there...Will they be your guides? Will they have anything to tell you?
